The second stop in our tour around the world was East Timor. I have nothing more to add, other than after cooking Sid vowed to never visit the country.
what a horrible place. if I were a new country just starting out, I would be bringing my A game, but NOOOO, east timor's all like nope, i'm not even going to translate my recipes into english I'll just write them in vague portuguese and make them taste bad. WOULD NOT EAT AGAIN.
